We bought a new Wii 'game' yesterday called EA Sport Active. It is essentially a workout 'game' and Restita and I both started a 30 day program. I think the kids are going to like the exercises like boxing (with kicks and upper cuts etc), tennis, roller blading where you have to dodge bales of hay by lifting one leg)
Let's see how well it goes.
Also, I start 4 weeks of night shifts tonight, so hopefully I can do the workouts when I wake up.
(I wouldn't be going to gym, maybe I'll do this?)
