First week of school

Wow, two posts in a day !!! This should hold me over for another few weeks :-)

Anywayz, the girlz started school this week. Tuesday was a 1/2 day and yesterday was their first full day. I was suprised to see Alisha with LOTS of energy at the end of day.

I've also had the past 3 days off (one more tomorrow). Call me selfish, but I gotta say, it is kinda nice to have the day off w/o the girls (but not too nice). Pickup time is at 3pm, so we do get to spend some time with them.

Found our first Geocache !!

What is a Geocache?

"Geocaching is a high-tech treasure hunting game played throughout the world by adventure seekers equipped with GPS devices. The basic idea is to locate hidden containers, called geocaches, outdoors and then share your experiences online. Geocaching is enjoyed by people from all age groups, with a strong sense of community and support for the environment"

This is all coordinated through a website called http://www.geocaching.com

We have only attempted to find 3 Geocaches so far and this one is located at a small community garden called "Spirit Garden". Click on the link for the original information we got.
The good news is that we emailed the original hider and she gave us additional clues and eventually lead us to find this cache underneath a loghouse type planter.
